The Role: As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights.
  • Coordinate invoicing and internal system.
