The Opportunity

As an Efficiency Specialist Co-op (HomeWarming), you will work with our Specialist Team to support Delivery Agents and program participants, report on technical data, and update key program processes and forms.

This multi-faceted position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to assist with report preparation, data management, and process documentation.

By joining the HomeWarming team, you will help low-income Nova Scotians save energy, reduce energy poverty, and create more comfortable living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve home energy upgrades for program participants
  • Participate in regular meetings with Delivery Agents
  • Attend outreach events and meetings
  • Support issue resolution for Delivery Agents and clients
  • Document program processes and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as project creation, lead management, and invoicing

Education & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in:
    • Environmental Science/Management
    • Sustainability
    • Policy
    • Building Science
    • Or a related field
