Career Compass II

The Career Compass II : Navigating Success Through Mentorship, hosted by Workforce Alliance on Sept27th, 2025, is designed to connect industry professionals with international students and graduates from UPEI and Holland College. The event will feature 9 mentors from 9 industries, each conducting 5 one-on-one meetings (15 minutes per slot) with participants. After three meetings, mentors will have a 15-minute break, followed by two additional sessions. A networking session from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM will allow participants and mentors to further connect. This event fosters professional growth by giving students the chance to pitch themselves, ask career-related questions, and build valuable connections.
