Our client has opportunities for Registered Nurses with a desire to make a difference in their communities. Practice to the full scope of your skills by utilizing the nursing processes you know in a dynamic team environment that provides quality and holistic nursing care to patients across Canada.
Duties include:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment;
- Maintain and update accurately patient medical records related to patients’ encounters;
- Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed;
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the organization;
- Collaborate with team members to monitor patients’ conditions, detect changes, and respond appropriately;
- Educate and update residents and families on ongoing situations related to their treatment;
- Report on logistics that need to be restocked when noticed;
- Develop and provide comprehensive care plans, assess and measure outcomes;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and community partners;
- Follow all the organization’s policies, protocols, and safety guidelines;
- Step in and help with patients when a team member requires assistance or is not available;
- Participate in departmental/organizational meetings and serve on committees as assigned;
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Evaluated by an accredited body if obtained outside Canada;
- Have passed NCLEX;
- Have started the NNAS;
- Registered Nurse in country of residence;
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience as a RN, preferably in an acute care, long term care or home care setting;

- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic information systems;
- Effective communication both written and verbal;
- Possesses customer service skills;
- Able to continually wear cheerful disposition;
- Organized; Respectful; hardworking; team player; Adaptable
- Demonstrated competency in relevant clinical skills
- Able to work overtime or weekends as needed.
