The successful candidate must have the ability to handle numerous tasks in a timely and efficient manner, experience in marketing or similar experience is preferred. If you do not have all qualifications to fit the role, you may still be considered based on your previous experience. The responsibilities include:
- Screen calls and take accurate messages
- Schedule meetings and calls
- Maintain and update the project management system
- Prepare Facebook and other marketing posts as needed
- Update the Company Website
- Provide excellent customer service in person and in all communications
- Thrive in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Facilitate communication through daily emails, logs and other electronic communications
- Assist the Accounting and Payroll Teams as needed
